10.3 KYC documents (CNIC copies, passport scans, selfie images) are retained only for as long as required by the applicable regulatory framework and are deleted securely thereafter.
10.4 Marketing preference data is retained until you withdraw consent or request erasure. Where consent is withdrawn, you will be removed from marketing communications within a reasonable administrative timeframe.
