These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkrvlp platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using pkrvlp, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between pkrvlp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers, accesses or uses the pkrvlp website available at https://pkrvlp.cam and any associated sub-domains, applications or services.
1.2 pkrvlp is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform targeting the Pakistan market. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, virtual games, and related promotional and informational content.
1.3 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
1.4 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.
2.1 For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

| PKR | Pakistani Rupee — the native currency used for Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus calculations on the pkrvlp Platform. |
| Platform | The pkrvlp website, sub-domains, mobile interface, software applications and all related services operated by pkrvlp. |
| Prohibited Jurisdiction | Any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, regulation or licensing restriction. |
| Wager / Bet | Any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, virtual game or other betting product offered through the Platform. |
| Wagering Requirement | The number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Platform's applicable license conditions, to register an Account and place Wagers on pkrvlp. pkrvlp strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you warrant that you satisfy the applicable minimum age requirement.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under a guardianship order are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrvlp does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or in any other territory. The existence of this Platform does not constitute an invitation to use it where doing so is prohibited by law. Users in Pakistan should be aware that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related legislation. pkrvlp provides no legal advice on this matter.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not register an Account if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order from pkrvlp or from any other gambling operator. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.5 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, termination and forfeiture of all balances across all associated Accounts.
4.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. The name provided during registration must exactly match the name on your official identity documents (CNIC or passport for Pakistani users).
4.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkrvlp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.3 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify pkrvlp Support immediately via the Live Chat or Help Center. pkrvlp reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
4.4 Account Updates. You must promptly notify pkrvlp of any changes to your registered personal information. Failure to maintain accurate Account details may result in delays to withdrawals, KYC complications or Account suspension.
4.5 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pkrvlp Support. Where an Account closure request is made, pkrvlp will process any eligible outstanding balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6, subject to KYC and bonus conditions being satisfied.
5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing Wagers, playing casino games and accessing informational content in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Access Restrictions. You must not access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or any technology that circumvents the Platform's normal user interface. pkrvlp reserves the right to block, suspend or terminate Accounts associated with automated or scripted activity.
5.3 Intellectual Property. All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, odds data and game interfaces, is owned by or licensed to pkrvlp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Content for personal use only. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written consent from pkrvlp.
5.4 Service Availability. pkrvlp endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond pkrvlp's reasonable control. pkrvlp shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
6.1.1 All deposits into your pkrvlp Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You may not use payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, unless you have specific written consent from pkrvlp to do so.
6.1.2 pkrvlp references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not constitute a claim that any of these institutions supports, endorses or permits gambling transactions. Users must independently verify what their payment provider permits.
6.1.3 pkrvlp reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place holds on deposits where fraud, money laundering or terms violations are suspected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the Account cashier.
6.2.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. pkrvlp will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2.2 All active Wagering Requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.2.3 pkrvlp does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows depend on the chosen payment method and internal review requirements. No guaranteed payout time claims are made.
6.2.4 pkrvlp reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. This is standard AML practice and does not imply that your Account is under investigation.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria. pkrvlp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Users who have previously self-excluded or who are registered as problem gamblers are not eligible for promotional offers.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a Bonus is active, a maximum bet per single Wager may apply as specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
7.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward Wagering Requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and table games may have different contribution rates. Users should consult the specific promotion terms before wagering to satisfy bonus rollover requirements.
7.5 Maximum Cash-Out. Where a maximum cash-out restriction applies to a Bonus, winnings in excess of that limit will not be eligible for withdrawal regardless of the amount generated during wagering.
7.6 Bonus Abuse. pkrvlp reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonuses where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic patterns of play designed to exploit Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent.
7.7 Illustrative Figures. All PKR bonus figures quoted in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed in the live promotions section. Users should verify current offer details before depositing.
8.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All Wagers are subject to pkrvlp's acceptance. pkrvlp reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a Wager has been placed in breach of these Terms or applicable rules.
8.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change between the time of display and the time of acceptance. In the event of a technical error resulting in an obviously incorrect price being offered, pkrvlp reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account.
8.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets, including cricket, PSL match winner markets, ICC tournament outright bets, football markets, UFC fight odds and other sporting events, are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport as published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section.
8.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. pkrvlp is not responsible for bets that could not be placed due to connection issues on the User's side. Live odds are updated in real-time and bets are accepted at the odds valid at the moment of acceptance, not the moment of submission.
8.5 Casino & Games. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes and live dealer game results are final once a round has been completed. pkrvlp will not void a completed casino game result except in cases of verified technical malfunction directly attributable to the Platform.
8.6 Winnings. Winnings from Wagers placed with real-money funds are credited to the User's Account Balance upon settlement. Winnings from Bonus-funded Wagers remain subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
9.1 Users of pkrvlp are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:
9.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkrvlp reserves the right to immediately suspend the User's Account, withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation, permanently terminate the Account and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
10.1 Verification Requirement. pkrvlp may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to risk signals identified during Platform use.
10.2 Acceptable Documents. For Pakistani users, standard KYC documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or current passport. Additional documents such as proof of address or payment method screenshots may be requested where applicable. All documents must be current, unaltered and clearly legible.
10.3 Submission Channel. KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the secure HTTPS verification portal within your pkrvlp Account. Users must not submit sensitive identity documents via email, Live Chat or any other unsecured channel. Sensitive documents sent through unsecured channels will not be accepted and should not be resent through those channels.
10.4 Document Integrity. Submission of altered, obscured, forged or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate, permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all funds. pkrvlp reserves the right to refer such cases to law enforcement authorities.
10.5 Processing Time. pkrvlp endeavours to process KYC submissions promptly but does not guarantee a specific processing timeframe. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. pkrvlp is not liable for any loss of opportunity or inconvenience arising from KYC processing delays.
11.1 pkrvlp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools that Users are encouraged to use proactively to manage their gambling activity.
11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gambling controls are available to all registered Users: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed through the Account settings area.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting pkrvlp Support and requesting a self-exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect within a reasonable administrative period. Attempting to open a new Account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
11.4 Underage Access Prevention. pkrvlp strictly prohibits access by persons under the applicable minimum age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites where minors may have access to internet-connected devices.

12.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including trade marks, trade names, logos, software code, design elements, graphical interfaces, Content and databases — vest exclusively in pkrvlp or its licensors.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, title or interest in any intellectual property of pkrvlp beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform as described in Section 5.1.
12.3 Users must not frame, scrape, mirror or replicate the Platform or any portion of its Content on any third-party website, application or medium without prior written authorisation from pkrvlp.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvlp, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.2 pkrvlp's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 pkrvlp does not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.4 pkrvlp makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform is suitable for any particular purpose, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14.1 pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes; (c) the User has provided false or misleading information; (d) the Account is at risk of being used for money laundering or terrorist financing; or (e) the User's jurisdiction prohibits access to the Platform.
14.2 Upon termination for cause, pkrvlp may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud, prohibited conduct or terms breach is confirmed, the Account Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where termination is not for cause, pkrvlp will make eligible balances available for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
14.3 Users may terminate their own Account at any time in accordance with Section 4.5. A User's decision to close an Account does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvlp holds its operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator's license conditions and may be disclosed upon written request to Support.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, pkrvlp encourages Users to contact Support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. pkrvlp's Support team will endeavour to respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided under pkrvlp's operating license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from Support.
15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
16.1 pkrvlp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pkrvlp will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your Account.
16.3 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any updates.
